Take a Break or Step Away

A cooling-off period pauses your account for days or weeks without closing it permanently. Self-exclusion closes your account for a fixed term – often six months or a year – and cannot be lifted early for any reason. This is a serious step that gives you space to regain control. Set Your Spending Limits

You can set deposit limits for a day, week or month from your account settings. Loss limits and session time limits are also available. A tighter limit takes effect straight away; a looser one is delayed by a cooling-off period so you have time to reconsider.
